Stage of Dexter Avenue
The church is living history not a museum. Pulpit had been moved and trustees were filling bapistry that is seen covered in the foreground. One of them who knew Dr. King stayed around and talked with us for 30 minutes about his experinences in Montgomery. This was worth the entire trip.
