Sights and Sounds from the Trail

This video is from our trip to Ridgecrest last month. On the way there we spent the night in Pigeon Forge. Friday morning we drove the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail and Foothills Parkway.

Attack of the Impatiens

Our Impatiens had been doing well this year but a few weeks ago I found a box of Miracle Grow in the garage and decided to give them a good feeding. I have never seen Impatiens do this. You can tell by the height of the bird bath how tall they are.

If you click on a picture and open it, you can see our large garden spider above the bird bath. We usually have one or two every summer that make our flower bed their home.
